The initial client meeting is without charge. We then provide a fee proposal based on our office hourly rate. The various stages of the design process are detailed, with a breakdown of our estimated working hours for each stage. Fee proposals are valid for one month from their date of issue and require client signature for acceptance.
We can undertake the project management of site works to ensure a smooth and continuous running of the project. A fee proposal for project management is provided separately following the completion of the design stage. These are usually based on a percentage sum of the total contract value depending on the scope, scale and location of the project.

The result will be a professionally designed home sensitive to both the building and the owner. The fees involved in retaining our services will likely result in overall savings of time, money and stress. Bad planning and design provide disappointing results, employing an experienced architecte d’interieur will enhance the value of your property and your enjoyment of it.
We reserve the right to use images from all ongoing and completed projects for use in our portfolios of projects both in print and internet based. We reserve the right to withdraw our services at any time.
Expenses such as photocopying and printing (20 centimes per A4, 30 centimes per A3), postage (at cost) and travel (70 centimes per kilometer) are charged in addition*, a breakdown is provided on our invoices. Any fees levied by statutory bodies are charged at cost, client payment is required prior to the submission of any drawings or documents.
Terms and payment:
We require signed agreement of fee proposals. Invoices are issued monthly in arrears for works completed. Payment terms are seven days net. 5% will be accrued weekly to the total of any outstanding invoices not paid within seven days.
The supply of materials and furnishings are invoiced in advance at 100% of the cost of the materials to obtain client approval and to facilitate ordering.
